e-Travel System Makes Getting Travel Permits Easy!

the Ohio North e-Travel system, you may attain
travel permits instantly online, without leaving
your computer.
Use the appropriate links below to attain instantly approved
Permission to Travel forms, Guest Player Permits
and other travel and tournament related forms.
Please Note Before Proceeding: All included Guest Players must be registered with the Ohio Youth Soccer Association North. If you need to register a player, call 330/659-0989. Additionally, All Coaches/Managers listed on a Permit to Travel or Guest Player Roster Form must have applied for Ohio North KidSafe Clearance. To Apply for KidSafe Clearance, please Click Here.
After you submit your form, you will instantly receive an authorized OYSAN Guest Player Roster Form or an Approved OYSAN Permit to Travel Form.
