The 2012 OYSAN
State Cup

The OYSAN State Cup Tournament, part of the National Championship Series, will be held in May through June of 2012. The series will host U10 through U19 boys and girls teams and serves as the qualifier for the 2012 Region II "Regionals-level" competition to be held in Michigan for divisions U13 through U19.

• Self-scheduling MUST BE COMPLETED by February 9th at 4:00 PM. If scheduling is incomplete by 2/9/12, OYSAN will schedule your play-in game at a time and location which is available at the tournament director's discretion.

• Play-in games that self-scheduled must be played AFTER 4:00 on APRIL 27, 2012 and BEFORE MAY 2, 2012 as to not interfere with the scheduling of preliminary rounds of play. (The actual game dates should be listed as April 27-after 4PM, April 28, 29, 30, or May 1st, 2012.)

• BOTH TEAMS are responsible for confirming the agreement between each other for self-scheduled play-in games using the online form located here BEFORE the self-scheduling deadline of FEBRUARY 9, 2012:

• The Winning team must fax or email both team's game reports to the OYSAN office within 24 hours of the game completion.  There shall be no ties in PLAY-IN GAMES.

• The winning team must also mail both team's hard copies to: OYSAN 3554 Brecksville Road, Suite 100; Richfield, OH 44286 within 24 hours of game completion.

• Self-scheduling MUST BE COMPLETED by February 9th at 4:00 PM. If scheduling is incomplete by 2/9/12, OYSAN will schedule your play-in game at a time and location which is available at the tournament director's discretion.  Both teams must confirm the match-up schedule by using the online form below:

• Preliminary games that self-scheduled must be played AFTER MAY 2, 2012 and BEFORE MAY 22, 2012 as to not interfere with semis, finals, or the tournament round robin play dates. (The actual game dates should be listed as May 3 through May 21st.)

• Submitting Game Reports: The Winning team must fax or email both team's game reports to the OYSAN office within 24 hours of the game completion. (In the case of a tie, the team listed as the HOME team should return these to OYSAN.)

• Games will be scheduled by OYSAN for the Pacesetter weekend.

• Submitting Game Reports: The Winning team (or the "home" team in case of a tie) shall bring BOTH team's game reports to the tournament headquarters.
