IMPORTANT SPRING 2008 OYSAN STATE LEAGUE INFORMATION:

REVISED STATE LEAGUE FORFEIT POLICY I-20.3 - Forfeits Any team that forfeits a game shall not be eligible for a divisional championship. Three (3) points and a 4-0 score will be awarded and recorded on behalf of the team not forfeiting.
OYSAN State League Contacts:
Purpose The purpose of the OYSAN State League is to provide a vertically integrated structure for OYSAN teams to compete against like-skilled teams at the Premier and Travel levels.
Structure There are three levels in the OYSAN State League structure.
Division I Club teams and community teams that qualify through their performance in the US Youth Soccer National Championship Series State Cup are eligible to compete in the OYSAN State League First Division. Teams from Ohio South and PA-West may also participate in this Division. D-I will be comprised of U-9 through U-18 age divisions for both boys and girls teams.
Teams that participation in the US Youth Soccer Midwest Regional League (MRL) may also elect to compete in the OYSAN State League D-I.
Division II Club teams, and community teams that are successful at D-III, will compete in the OYSAN State League Division II. D-II will be comprised of U-9 through U-18 age divisions for both boys and girls teams.
Division III Teams that finish with winning records in the top division of their respective Travel leagues are eligible to compete in the OYSAN Third Division. Travel league teams playing up at U-12 or U-13 are not excluded from participation in the OYSAN State League during the following season. Division III will be comprised of U-13 and U-14 age divisions for both boys and girls teams. Exceptional girls teams are not precluded from competing in boys divisions.
