In consideration of your membership in OYSAN you hereby, for yourself, your heirs, executors, administrators, and assignees, waive any and all rights and claims for damages and losses you may have against OYSAN and/or their agents, representatives, successors, and assignees for any and all losses or injuries suffered during the life of your membership. You agree that you will participate in membership according to the rules and regulations established for the organization.

You also agree to allow the OYSAN to take photos of yourself and/or those accompanying you during the course of your membership for possible use in future publications, or advertising including, but not limited, to the OYSAN websites.
