Insurance

 

SECONDARY MEDICAL:  
Up to $100,000 Provided for all registered team members, coaches, managers, referees, officials, and volunteers of the teams, leagues or of the association.

DIRECTORS AND OFFICERS:
$1,000,000 inclusive of defense costs. Covers clubs, leagues, associations, board, volunteers, and employees as well as wrongful termination, discrimination, sexual harassment coverage.

GENERAL LIABILITY:
$1,000,000 each occurrence. Excess Liability $5,000,000 per occurrence/ aggregate.

 

 

 

 

Indoor Soccer Insurance:
Insurance protection, as a result of indoor participation, is provided if:

OYSAN will only provide secondary medical and general liability protection for those currently registered with OYSAN.

OYSAN insurance applies to currently registered players, coaches, assistant coaches, team managers, league administrators and board members.

Leagues wishing to register members early with OYSAN may do so by contacting Pam Menick (330-659-0989 or pmenick@ohionorthsoccer.org). New players will be added to the league's WINTER (LeagueOne season designation) registration figures. (Note that coverage cannot be bound via email or via phone messages. Payment and registration data must be received by OYSAN before new members are insured.)

Competitive and premier teams that have secured indoor approval from their league are required to complete the Online Permit to Travel form when traveling out of Ohio North.
