Travel Permits & Guest Players
The Tournament Center website allows OYSAN members to complete their Notification to Travel forms (travel permits), Guest Player/Player Loan forms, as well as find sanctioned tournaments across the country.
To obtain a travel permit or guest player roster for your team, use www.thetournamentcenter.com. You must register as an administrator before being granted access to obtain a travel permit or guest player roster.
Travel Permit – A team must obtain a travel permit prior to attending an event outside of Ohio Youth Soccer Association North. Please note that Ohio South is considered “out of state” and teams must have a travel permit for games played in their region. There is no fee associated with this form. MRL teams and National League teams do not need a travel permit for league play outside of OYSAN.
Guest Player Roster – When a team is borrowing players from another team, an official guest player roster must be obtained by the borrowing team. Guest players must be registered from the same governing body as the team they are guest playing on. If guest players are from the same club as the team they are guest playing on, please contact your Club Administrator to have them issue your team an Event Roster rather than a guest roster. There is $10.75 fee associated with guest player rosters.
Both forms are immediately approved upon completion.
