2012/2013 Registration Guidelines ---Registration Instructions, Help and Training! <-use this link
In order to provide OYSAN membership benefits to your members, the players and staff (coaches, assistant coaches and team managers) must be in the LeagueOne database. The players and coaches must be assigned to teams, the Risk Management disclosure forms must be matched and assigned to the coaches. And, the league registrar must use the approval feature and approve all teams in LeagueOne to finalize your fall registration. Only those members that are on file with OYSAN are registered and have membership benefits. Submit registration fees by dates at 4:00pm indicated below:
August 1: Affiliation frees and Associate Member fees are DUE
August 31: Fall Registration Data and Estimated (or Final) Fees Due -Fall Estimated Fees
October 1: Deadline for all Fall Registration and Fees
April 2: Spring Registration Data and Estimated (or Final) Fees Due -Spring Est Fees
April 30: Deadline for ALL Spring Registration Fees and Data

Registration of players, coaches and teams may begin at the club or league level; this is dependent on where you play and where you will begin the registration process. Affiliated leagues work directly with the Ohio Youth Soccer Association North through the LeagueOne online registration system to verify and approve registrations. If your club plays in one of our member leagues, please direct questions about registration, transfers, player cards, rosters, etc. to the league registrar.
